s08 Technological Performance

Welcome to our technological performance page; the purpose of which is to provide links and information pertaining to the aerated concrete wall system. The "performance parameters" section of our page provides numerical data quantifying the physical properties of the system, while the "buyer's guide" is a section designed for those interested in potentially utilizing this system. The "FMEA Analysis" link examines the potential causes and effects of the wall system failing. For customer reviews of the aerated concrete system please review the "third party evaluations section" of our site, and finally for more information on organizations that sponsor this product please feel free to click the "relevant trade associations" link. Thank you for your interest in the aerated concrete system!

Good narrative at the top. Consider putting descriptions with the links, though. No link provided back to systems page. All other tech performance comments addressed to some degree.

Your top Technological Performance page could benefit from some annotations. Performance parameters page was best of breed. A bit of an introduction at the top of the page would have been nice, but the content is exemplary! Buyer’s guide covers the big stuff. One image is broken on this page. The FMEA page could benefit from an introduction. The table appears to be messed up in this case. It was supposed to be organized by component, which in your case includes the masonry unit itself and the mortar holding them together. You did mention mortar issues, but it didn’t appear as a component in and of itself. Nice job of using the functional performance parameters to organize the table. Please go back and fix the format.  There’s also a large space beneath the table – I almost didn’t see the stuff at the bottom of the page. For your third party eval, you are actually mostly considering organizations rather than documents, although this is a valid interpretation of the assignment. You do a good job with the CARS analysis. This section would have been more immediately useful if it referenced specific documents, though. Trade associations section was best of breed – very nice job including a local organization!

From a formatting standpoint:

o    The pages have not been formatted properly.
o    One image on the Buyer’s Guide page is not opening.
o    The link connecting back from the FMEA page to the technological page is missing.
o    There are spelling mistakes at many places.
