Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Products Associated
The AACPA bills itself as "a dynamic network of organizations and
individuals committed to the success of autoclaved aerated
concrete products. Our mission is to promote AAC products in
North America through research, education and standardization." They offer a variey of educational materials in the form of trade show exhibitions, installer recruitment and training programs, joint research and code work designed to help promote safer, smarter construction, and the education and development of suppliers for finishes, anchors and tools that work well with AAC blocks.

American Concrete Institute
The American Concrete Institute is one of the national leaders in furthering education about concrete related products comprised of 98 chapters across 108 countries with a membership of over 15,000. Each year they conduct over 125 seminars on various concrete products, manage 14 different certification programs, publish more than 400 technical documents and offer scholarship and intern programs to students in related fields. They put all this on in an effort to maintain their mission "to
develop, share, and disseminate the knowledge and information needed to
utilize concrete to its fullest potential."

Virginia Masonry Association
The Virginia Masonry Association is a "trade organization which
promotes the awareness and use of masonry products to Architects,
Design Professionals and to the general public. VMA also recruits,
educates and trains new and existing masons.
" The VMA "serves as a resource to builders, design professionals
and homeowners in the use of masonry as a superior option in construction
and design." Their hope is to "educate the public regarding the long
term value, durability, low maintenance and safety of masonry
products."

Concrete Home Building Council
The CHBC serves as the National Association of Home Builders cement-based building material resource for the residential, multifamily, and light commercial construction industries. They offer ten unique training programs, various training sessions, and produce pamphlets for distribution at trade and exhibition shows. The CHBC is also a sister organization with the American Concrete Institute so many training initiatives may be shared between the two on relevant topics.
