Parking Surfaces Third Party Evaluation/Information Sources

**Each "Best of Breed" resource for comparing asphalt and permeable/pervious concrete parking surfaces was evaluated using the CARS Checklist for Source Evaluation developed by Robert Harris (more information at virtualsalt.com).  The CARS checklist is a method to determine the Credibility, Accuracy, Reasonableness, and Support associated with each resource.  Those resources that met the CARS criteria are included here as "Best of Breed".  Links to additional resources (those determined not to be "Best of Breed" because of bias) are at the bottom of this page.
