Andrew Wells
Biosketch
I feel that I am and will be a very competent group member for my group in this course. I have many positive aspects as an individual that I know I can utilize in order to better the performance of my group. I feel that I can be a strong leader if and when necessary, I am easy to get along with, and I am very organized. As an individual, these are just a few characteristics that I hold that I know will be beneficial to my group. While these are a few of the positive attributes that I feel I can bring to the group, there are also some weaknesses that I know I hold. As a result, I hope to contribute what I can and allow my group members to apply their strengths to counteract the areas in which I am weak. I look forward to working with this group and I feel we will be very successful in all that we do.

I am a good leader and carry strong communication skills. I am a hard worker and motivated to do my best in order to achieve good grades. As a group leader, I am reliable, respectful, and fair when it comes to working with others.

I sometimes tend to procrastinate depending on the task at hand. I am also very busy this semester with graduate courses and my athletic endeavors as a member of the baseball team. This busy schedule may limit the times that my group can meet in order for me to be available.

This group project will provide me with the opportunity to work with others and give me an idea of what it will be like to work as a team in the industry. I have the opportunity to gain a lot from this group over the course of the semester and utilize the group as a resource to achieve my maximum potential as an individual.

My biggest threat is going to be my extremely busy schedule with my academic course load, as well as, my baseball commitment. This will make it difficult to find meeting times where both my group members and I are all available at the same time.
