       Key Projects:       

 

-IMT, Manesar, India: 10 acre IT Park with 1.3 Million Sq.Ft. of built up area implementing superior methods of construction, use of hi-tech materials and project management.

-Villas At Malibu, California, U.S.A.: situated on the hillslopes of Malibu, the Project comprises development of three villas for Steinabach Ventures LLC, Malibu, CA. Each villa varies from 5000 to 10000 sq.ft. of area.

-Group Housing, Noida, India: 3.5 acre of site with a unique concept of 30 storeyed 

Iconic towers with one dwelling unit per floor plate. High end luxury apartments with

 focus on common facilities.

   

 

The Projects involved multi-faceted responsibilities like:

-  Preparation of Design and Development Concepts.

-  Preparation of Presentation Drawings and Models.                        

-  Preparation of Construction Drawings and Details.

-  Co-ordination of Services and Site Supervision.
