Decision Rules
- When a disagreement arises at a group meeting, it will be decided by a majority vote of the group (3/5)
- All work will be divided evenly and fairly. Any member who does not complete their responsibilities, will face a consequence and the rest of the team must take on the additional work
- Final product must be reviewed and approved by each team member before submittal
Team Capabilities
This team brings together a variety of skills and experience related to Building Construction. Two members have office experience from summer internships. One member has worked in the field for over 14 months including concrete, framing, and carpentry. Computer skills include training and certification in Autodesk software. We hope to incorporate every team member's background to complete our goals.
