Matthew Parent
Hi, I'm Matthew Parent and I am a sophomore majoring in building construction, a logical path considering my childhood love for Legos. I am not very experienced like some of my colleagues, but I am a fast learner and I hope to gain some experience through interning this summer. I would say I'm a fun-loving person who loves almost every outdoors and tries to see the humor in everyday life. I've been active with my church youth group all my life and I am looking to get involved with Habitat for Humanity and the Red Cross here at Tech. In summation I am very happy to be a part of the Virginia Tech community...a great place to be.
