What Worked

What Didn't Work

Ways to Improve

Dividing up Tasks

Members choose the best bullet that they thought they could accomplish; everyone was in agreement

One person assigning tasks to everyone else.

Let people do what they feel they can do before the deadline and come together to do the others.

Each member completing their work on time

Staying in connection and helping out each other.

Trying to do more than you said you could handle, then not being able to deliver.

We could communicate better and stay in touch more about what we are working on and were we need help.

Checking to making sure everyone completed their work on time

Emailing each other and phone calls helped us stay in touch on the project.

Just assuming that everyone was fine with their part.

We need to work on communicating and not assuming everyone is doing fine.

Create Powerpoint

Each of us did the slide that corresponded to our part of the project, then we came together and put them together.

Coming together at the end to put them all together.

Next time we can do the slides together and that way they are already together and ready.

Finish/Organize the Wiki Page
Setting up the template of what was needed and then filling in the pieces.  There really wasn't any part of our strategy that didn't work.  It all got done and in a very nice manner. Continue to communicate and keep working together as a unit.

Target Analysis: How well did the project/team do...

In achieving goals and meeting project objectives?

- We worked well together and achieved our goals.  The project was done and completed in a very professional manner we thought.  The team did a great job in that respect.

At meeting deadlines and the final completion date?

- We could have communicated better and more effectively just because we kind of lost track of time with the slideshow.  We did get the project done in time and it met the deadline so our team overall did well.

At monitoring and staying within project budget?

-N/A

At communicating with stakeholders?

Resources Assessment: were the allocated resources appropriate, sufficient, and efficiently used?

-All of our resources that we used to do our project provided us with sufficient knowledge and answers to our project.  We feel that we used them appropriately and efficiently.

Lessons Learned: what are the key lessons that can be applied to future projects?

-Mainly, the key lesson from this project is just that we need to communicate more, not that we didn't do that with this project, but we could have done more of it in regards to the slideshow.  Otherwise we were an effective team.
