Team Charter

Vision: We envision gaining more knowledge while working collaboratively as a team to complete all tasks given and become a greater asset to the construction industry.

Mission: To complete tasks in an efficient manner, utilizing the skills of all team members to ultimately complete the course and furthermore contribute to the Building Construction program.

Objectives:

1. To conduct successful team meetings and with all members present and prepared.

2. To designate work to members as necessary based on their individual skills.

3. To complete all given tasks on time and to the best standards possible.

4. Improve upon teamwork skills and all of our individual skills.

5. Strive for excellence in all of our work.

1st-  Verbal Warning

2nd- Discuss grade penalty with professor

3rd-  Initiate Termination Procedures

Failure to complete assignments on specified Professor deadlines

1st-  Discuss grade penalty with professor

2nd- Initiate Termination Procedures

Attend meetings on time
Failure to attend meeting within 10 minutes of start time without notification

1st-  No Consequences

2nd- Verbal Warning

3rd-  Group Fine

4th-  Discuss grade penalty with Professor

Failure to attend meeting without notification

1st-  Verbal Warning

2nd- Group Fine

3rd-  Discuss grade penalty with Professor

4th-  Initiate termination Procedures

Be prepared for meetings
Showing up unprepared for meetings
