TEAM NINE'S TEAM CHARTER

TEAM PURPOSE

Vision

We envision us completing the course successfully and as a result gaining a better understanding of construction principles as related to the industry as a whole and the logistics of teams. We hope to use the knowledge we gained from this course to help us in our future endeavors.

Mission

We will use our collective strengthens to overcome our individual weaknesses. This will allow us to complete every submittal to the best of our ability in a timely manner. We finally hope that all of our submittals are of the highest quality in an effort to earn a passing grade but in the long-term, our degree.

Objectives

1. All team members will participate in the meetings and come prepared to discuss the topics on the agenda.

2. We will distribute the workload among the team members evenly.

3. Each team member must complete their assignment on time.

4. We will use our own ideas and not plagiarize others.

5. We will complete each submittal with attention to its quality.

6. We will support fellow team members if the fall behind.

Statement of Team Capabilities

Our team's strengths come from our collective experience in both residential and commercial construction in both the field as well as the classroom. Our B.I.M. and software knowledge includes: Revit, Office, 4-D Scheduling, Microsoft Project, CAD, Primavera, and Google Sketch-Up. Our team also includes a LEED® Accredited Professional as well as members with experience with Habitat for Humanity.
