Stakeholder overview
There are many stakeholders that take part in the success of insulated concrete forms. These stake holders vary from the manufacturers to the designers, installers, raw material suppliers, code officials, and distributors. The manufacturers have the objective of first coming up with a successful design and reproducing the design in order for the installers (home builders) to be able to handle and efficiently erect into place. The raw materials supplier’s job is to supply the raw materials to the manufacturers so that they can find potential buyers in the construction industry. These buyers would in turn complete sales to companies for everyday use in the field of construction. The code officials confirm the maintainability, security, and efficiency of the system in order for it to be compliant with building codes.
The site below deals with all stakeholders of ICF’s and is committed to furthering the technology and applications of ICF systems. This is an excerpt taken from the specification site (web page is listed below in the source reference).
