My name is Andrew Bibbins, and I am a 3rd year student from Blacksburg Virginia. I have worked with a local construction company for 3 months off and on for the past year. When I am not in school or working construction I am spending my time in the NAVY Reserve. My short term goal is to graduate from Virginia Tech in three years. My long term goal is to become an officer in the NAVY, and then continue on in the construction industry.

- I have been involved in many teams and organizations
- I am able to adapt well to unusual circumstances
- I get along with almost everyone I meet

- I tend to procrastinate and wait till the last minute on long term assignments
- I sometimes take on too big of projects just for myself to complete.
- I am a very busy person. I always have something going on.

- I know a lot of things about Blacksburg and the surrounding areas that most others do not.
- Continuing to let my knowledge and understanding of team work to grow.
- Continue to gain knowledge in the construction industry.

- If there is a big writing assignment it could affect the whole team and project.
- With this class potential taking a lot of out of class time, I could be putting too much on my plate.
