Resume BIOSKETCH:           I am a sophomore at Virginia Tech University, where I am currently pursuing a major in building construction.  Throughout my life, I have worked in team like environments ranging from sports teams to past jobs.  With these past job experiences, I know what it takes to be a successful team member while at the same time making the team productive as a whole.  I am a motivated worker who strives to meet and exceed expectations and to make our team successful.   SWOTAnalysis                                                                                                        Strengths I am motivated to get my work done on time I bring a great deal of knowledge about construction to the team Others say I am a great person to come to when they have problems Weaknesses I could improve more on my communication I haven't interned as of now Opportunities To have more experience working on a team To carry over the success of previous years in construction classes Threats  I don't have the experience from internships that others may have Not communicating effectively may hurt me as a team member but i will not let it affect the team.   Back to Homepage
