Target Analysis: How well did the project/team do...
In achieving goals and meeting project objectives?
This was done effectively as most of the work was done as a group and at the team meetings allowing problems to be headed off before they arose.
At meeting deadlines and the final completion date?
The only issues here was getting some last minute graphs and such to upload onto the wiki.
Were all the allocated resources appropriate, sufficient, and efficiently used?
The team work well together!
What are the key lessons that can be applied to future projects?
1) A more detailed and structured schedule for the project
3) Cut down wasted time spent at meetings
