I feel that I am an attribute to this team because I have a lot of experience in team-based environments. Having been a Boy Scout, I have the leadership skills that it takes to be a sucessful team member. I am great at acknowledging other team members' input, and I pride myself on listening intently to every word one says. I have worked in group environments for as long as I can remember. From youth fellowship retreats to High Adventure excursions, teamwork has always been a large part of my life. Although I have no actual experience in the construction field, I have a good work ethic and a strong desire to learn. I am a hard worker and I put all of my effort into the task that I am performing. I believe that these skills, along with those that I will undoubtedly learn through the course of this semester, will make me an ascet to this team.
